Memberships
Fitness for Success has both short-term and long-term memberships for anyone 14 years of age or older. Individuals can purchase one of following options: one-month membership, three-month membership, six-month membership, one-year membership, two-year membership, one-week membership or a day pass. Couples memberships are with a one-year or two-year membership, add an adult, or child (14-18 years old,) for a reduced cost. Senior (60+) memberships are also available for a reduced cost with a one-year contract.- One-year and two year contracts can be paid in full, or paid monthly by electronic withdrawal.
- Guests are welcome as well! Fitness for Success has day passes for only $5.00 and week passes for $20.00!!

Personal training
Do you have a fitness goal? Start personal training with a certified personal trainer by completing a health history and exercise questionnaire. Discuss fitness goals, previous experiences, including what has or has not worked, and any limitations or restrictions. Together, with your personal trainer, you will determine how often to meet to accomplish your fitness goals. At the end of your questionnaire session, you will schedule your first personal training appointment.
Personal training sessions are one-hour in length, and are available for members and non-members. Each session will not only be motivating, but also a healthy lifestyle educational experience! Stop by the front desk to schedule your initial questionnaire appointment today!

Personal Training Programs
Bench Press Program - Add 10 pounds in 10 weeksThis program is a one-hour session and is designed for both athletes and non-athletes, fourteen years or older. During the session, a FFS personal trainer will determine your strengths and weaknesses, then advise you which areas need to be worked on in order to increase your flat bench press weight. The one-hour session will also include a flat bench analysis, exercises that assist with the bench press, a variety of chest exercises, flat bench press technique and stretching.
Endurance Program - Faster and Farther in 10 weeks
This program is a one-hour session and can be designed for either athletes or non-athletes, fourteen years or older. Meeting with a FFS personal trainer for a one-hour session, you will learn all the fundamentals needed to have better stamina for any sport, or to simply have more energy for a weekend walk. The session also includes a jogging and walking analysis, jogging and walking mechanics, treadmill variations, cardio exercises and stretching.

Fit Ball Program - Work out anywhere any time
This program is a one-hour session designed for both athletes and non-athletes, fourteen years or older. During the one-hour session, a FFS personal trainer will teach you the fundamentals needed to understand the dynamics of the Fit Ball. The session will also include ball terminology and uses, balance training, upper body exercises, lower body exercises and abdominal exercises.
Do you have a nutrition goal?
Start on the road to full success by incorporating the proper nutrition and wellness plan into your exercise program. Discuss with a coach your nutrition goals, previous experiences, including what has or has not worked, and any limitations or restrictions.Together, with your nutrition/wellness coach, you will determine how often to meet to accomplish your nutrition goals. At the end of your questionnaire session, you will schedule your first appointment.
Nutrition sessions are one-hour in length, and are available for members and non-members. Each session will not only be motivating, but like personal fitness training it also is a healthy lifestyle educational experience!

Tanning
No-Line Stand-up tanning (15 Minute tanning maximum) is available for members and non-members (must be at least 16 years old). A person may call ahead but walk-ins are welcome too. Single sessions may be purchased, packages are available for members only. Tanning sessions and packages can be shared with your immediate family.Massage
Need to relax or just want to relieve those aches and pains? Massage is
offered to members and non-member at an unbelievable price. All massages are one hour in length and performed by certified massage therapists. Stop by our front desk or call and our friendly staff will help you schedule your appointment.
- Members and Seniors (60yrs+) $50 an hour
- Non-Members $55 an hour
