Bench Press Program - Add 10 pounds in 10 weeks

This program is a one-hour session and is designed for both athletes and non-athletes, fourteen years or older.  During the session, a FFS personal trainer will determine your strengths and weaknesses, then advise you which areas need to be worked on in order to increase your flat bench press weight.  The one-hour session will also include a flat bench analysis, exercises that assist with the bench press, a variety of chest exercises, flat bench press technique and stretching.

 Endurance Program - Faster and Farther in 10 weeks

This program is a one-hour session and can be designed for either athletes or non-athletes, fourteen years or older.  Meeting with a FFS personal trainer for a one-hour session, you will learn all the fundamentals needed to have better stamina for any sport, or to simply have more energy for a weekend walk.  The session also includes a jogging and walking analysis, jogging and walking mechanics, treadmill variations, cardio exercises and stretching.

Fit Ball Program - Work out anywhere any time

This program is a one-hour session designed for both athletes and non-athletes, fourteen years or older.  During the one-hour session, a FFS personal trainer will teach you the fundamentals needed to understand the dynamics of the Fit Ball.  The session will also include ball terminology and uses, balance training, upper body exercises, lower body exercises and abdominal exercises.
